Description: Joan Collins starred in the film adaptation of a book her sister Jackie Collins wrote, when the two teamed for The Bitch (1979). A sequel to The Stud (1978), that film had Joan playing Fontaine Khaled, a London lady married to a rich Middle Easterner who spends her time disco dancing at the nearest nightclub, and riding the disco stick of the manager she hires (Oliver Tobias) to run the club she buys. Eventually, things go bad and Fontaine ends up a single woman. But you can’t keep this bad bitch down.
